Registration Instructions

• Registrations should be made by unit, not individually
  (except for event staff)
  • You may order a mix of admission types within a single registration
     
• Scout units staying in unit campsites will need information on two separate people when registering

1. A contact person for your unit.
   • Someone who will be attending the event
   • Not the Unit Leader (Cubmaster, Scoutmaster, etc.)
      
2. The Unit Leader

• Campsite assignments and RV site reservations will be made on a first come, first served basis.
  
  
• RV hookups are quite limited. You will need to call the Alameda County Fairground directly at (925) 426-7503 to reserve the hookup.
  
  The hookup charge is separate from, and in addition to, the campsite fee. The Fairground will charge you directly for the hookup.

  Hookup Rates:

  • 30 amp connection: $28/night
  • 50 amp connection: $33/night
     
• You may add more attendees later.
   
• There will be no refunds.
